Recently had the pleasure of the services provided by Chloe for our first house buy. Chloe was efficient, professional and made the process completely stress free. (I know I couldn't believe it myself). Chloe got everything turned around in under 3 months which in the current climate is just amazing. Everything was explained clearly and made so easy for us. Purchased a property which fell through due to the time it took to get some sort of process started. My conveyencing solicitor Shamim was impossible to get in touch with and i had to keep calling and chasing . I kept being told that its the sellers solicitors not responding. I am now out of pocket over £600 and property less. Almost 5 months it took and the sellers eventually cancelled. Unfortunately would not recommended
