I would highly recommend this firm as a mortgage broker. From our initial call Graham, through the rest of the service with Scott, we were treated to a first class experience. The communication was superb, and they worked within our requirements to find a great mortgage which was approved in super quick time, allowing us to get into our new home before Christmas. I was referred to Graham at Thomson Fernie by a good friend, and I have to say I can see why. Graham helped me when I was buying my first home. Scott was very friendly and professional to deal with and made you feel that he was trying his all to get you the best deal possible. He also made the whole process easy to understand and follow and would definitely recommend anyone, especially first time buyers as it makes the whole process much less daunting dealing with someone who makes it much easier.

Would give Thomson Ferrie 10 stars if I could, an absolutely amazing service! I have been dealing with Scott who is the most efficient person I know. From speaking to me for the first time to getting a decision in principle and then a mortgage offer, all this took him less than 48 hours to do! He kept me updated on the process throughout, gave advice where necessary and was just great to deal with.

I would highly recommend Thomson Ferrie. Scott was very helpful, friendly and nothing was a hassle for him. I was a first time buyer and did not have a clue where to start. Scott took me through step by step of the process, any questions I had he would always answer. He would keep me updated with everything that was going on and would be happy to explain anything I did not understand. He would always be available when you needed him.
