I was pursued for a post in the Hackney area to start iMarch 2020 Strategy were happy to come to me to personally interview me. The staff at Strategy are fantastic. They were great supply me with day-to-day supply work when I took four months off.
I had the most wonderful four months off full-time work and the team at Strategy helped to make that possible by providing me with supply teaching placements.

I asked about applying and helping me find a primary SEN school, no reply, full of excuses. Ignored my messages and calls, as if I harmed them, clearly I asked nice and clear about work and asking if there was any available. It’s annoying that they are good at building excuses than informing their fellow candidates about availability and work. It’s better off I find somewhere consistent. My pay system had been deactivated because they have not given me any work whatsoever. Don’t apply to this place or go to their stall in a careers fair. Bunch of lies.

Having repeatedly asking them to stop sending me emails as I no longer teach, all of my requests are ignored. There is no way to subscribe from their email list which is illegal. I have never worked for this agency. I signed up for them whilst studying on my PGCE as a back up. Illegal practice in terms of something so simple as an unsubscribe button on their email doesn't give me the confidence to pass on any job adverts t(hey continue to send me unwanted) to other teacher friends.
