This is the worst experience in dealing with a company. Emailed them on the 15th May got a reply back from their other company EthicStar asking for colours of Tshirts I wanted quote for! This was already in the 1st email! I should have known then that this company would waste my time. Emailed back and again they ask same questions!! 3 times I kept repeating myself as of today 23rd May they still haven't given me a quote. Avoid this company like a plague people. They treat you like you're stupid perhaps it's because I was only interested in 15shirts! (though their website says they accommodate small

Print and T-shirt quality is good. However customer service is NONE existent! Jusf awful! I was going to be a long standing customer because of the great price and fast service, but I have been put off completely, I rather pay double and receive proper customer care. We have ordered 50 T-shirts, 12 of them was unusable due to paint splatters on the front and oil marks. So we had to do an other minimum order of 50 , you would think we would of been offered some kind of an apology and compensation.After 3weeks of waiting on a decision(which by than we totally missed the deadline), we got offered

I ordered a bulk amount of personalised polo shirts for my Scout Group. Customer service was excellent, prices well within our budget ( the cheapest quote we'd had) and attention to detail was amazing. The shirts arrived on time and were of a high standard. Our group were delighted with their new shirts, so much so that we now have to order some more for our Adult Leaders! I would highly recommend Ethic Star to anyone.
