I had my windows installed over three years ago and have had excellent after sales support. Harry's customer service has been first class and he has regularly gone out of his way to help even when the issues aren't necessarily directly related to the work his company has carried out. The customer service is very poor; fitted integrated blinds in bifold doors but they did not work properly and are very difficult to use.
IGS said that the blinds are new and will loosen up as they are used that was 3 years ago now the blinds are really stiff and the magnetic operators are broken.
They were not interested in fixing it!!
