I was looking to move from a national letting agent to a local one as wanted a more personal service.

Absolute shocking letting agency!! 1 star is too generous. I was a tenant in one of their properties for 6 months last year. Upon viewing the property, a fair amount of work needed to be done. Was reassured this would all be done in time before moving in. Moved in 3 weeks later and all the work had been left unfinished (pictures attached)! The worst of which was exposed wires going into the water tank which I was told by the electrician who fixed it, that it was extremely dangerous. The property hadn't been cleaned, and had obviously not been checked over by them before handing me the keys. Workmen

I enquired about a property at the start of the year and was told straight away the property was in high demand. Nevertheless I was still offered a video tour when made available by the agent. I sent my application in and was told that my application and others were sent to the landlord. The landlord chose someone else, but the agent had the decency to tell me and keep my details registered. I appreciated that although there were so many applicants interested they still sent me a video and gave me a fair chance to apply. They also kept me up to date. I have now found somewhere but really appreciated
