Paula updated our living room a couple of years ago and we were so pleased with it that we had no hesitation in asking Paula and the team to take on another piece of work for us. Paula and Jade came up with some great ideas but were also happy to suggest alternatives for anything we didn’t like. Dreadful experience, rude Staff, poor quality products totally unprofessional in everything from start to finish. My advice for a similar style to this place offers would be Neptune’s who are outstanding at both customer service and quality. And employee staff that don’t make you feel like the poor relation. My advice to Paula would be to look at what other companies are offering and then understand what a poor service you and your team are offering. Each and every customer is vital but Paula’s attitude of she’s always right is a clear sign of her own personal self imposed status of being
