Ordering from this company was a farcical disaster of customer service. Purchased a light online on 7th Aug. It didn’t arrive. Phoned on the 18th to chase it, and was told the orders person would call me tomorrow. He didn’t. I called back on the 19th and was told that the fitting was out of stock with their supplier. They hadn’t thought to let me know. They said they’d send me some pictures of alternative designs that might work instead. That didn’t happen.
Called again on 24th Aug and demanded a refund, and was told that they’d already issued a refund after we spoke on the 19th, but

Fantastic service , quality products and great pricing. I have been buying from various electrical outlets for hotel refurbs for the last 20 years and this local company is by far the best. Ryan and Sam are very helpful and deliver within a day or so if products are in stock. They are now our preferred supplier of LED bulbs and fittings and all other electrical supplies. Highly recommend.
