I was just blown away by the support I received from my mortgage adviser, Alan. He patiently explained the Equity Release Mortgage over and over. I just had a lump sum to pay off on my house… the deadline had arrived… I did not have the money. 32 years in my lovely home and I thought I would have to sell!!! Alan showed me the plan… I could live in my home for the rest of my life…. Or sell at a later date if I wanted….. and the organisation he found effectively pays a reverse mortgage….. a fixed interest rate for the lifetime of the plan…. Lump sum produced so I can pay off my lump
