Services
The Greek version of lasagne; a layer of macaroni seasoned with nutmeg and feta cheese, then a layer of minced meat, topped with bechamel sauce. Home made meat balls seasoned with parsley and dill, served either plain or in a tomato ragout or an almond and wine sauce. Organic butter beans baked in the oven with tomatoes and herbs, served as either a vegetarian dish or with any meat of your choice.
We recently catered for a lovely family celebration. Dad was 80 so everyone was invited to his daughters house. There was quite a mixture of guests who didn't all know eachother so everyone was given a badge with their name and how they were related to the birthday boy! I thought it was a lovey touch, it meat that lots of conversations were easily started and got the party going with a swing.

Thanassis your introduction to the meal prepared us all for your wonderful feast and informed the guests of what to expect. Your attention to detail and quality shone through and our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food, service and atmosphere that was created.
