We are a small friendly firm with a dedicated Conveyancing Team who are always on hand to assist with correspondence and telephone queries. We have a fully computerised case management system which enables us to deal with correspondence speedily. We have close links with many of the local Estate Agents.
We are only too aware of the considerable emotional strain and stress these proceedings cause to those involved and whilst we strive to provide an excellent service in these matters we are also sympathetic to your feelings and endeavour to help you though what is obviously a very difficult time.

Lasting Power of Attorneys (LPA's) replaced the original Enduring Power of Attorneys (EPA). There are two types of Lasting Power of Attorneys, one for Personal Welfare and the other for Property and Affairs. They are both similar documents but obviously relate to different aspects of the Attorneys duties.
Laura joined the firm in 1998 and qualified as a Fellow of ILEX in 2009 then furthered her qualifications by becoming a solicitor in 2013.
The majority of Laura's career so far has been specialising in the area of law relating to Probate, Wills, Elderly client advice and Court of Protection/Office of the Public Guardian to include Lasting Powers of Attorneys and registering Enduring Powers of Attorney, also joining forces with a number of local Solicitors and charities such as Alzheimer's, Will Aid, Breakthrough Breast Cancer, Cancer Research UK and many others to raise funds through various Will schemes.
