Services
We live in Kinellar and for the last 8 years and David has taken care of the rats and mice in and around our house in the country. We hired David when we saw rats in our garage and within a couple of weeks David had eradicated them. We have not had any since. The mice try to come into our basement each Autumn but since David started setting bait etc, we have had few problems.
David's level of service is excellent with a diary of scheduled inspections clearly planned out combined with neat documentation, precise inspection reports and accurate communication skills provide us with an effective pest control system. Annual contracts to monitor and control pest activity on farms and agricultural sites can be provided by Minus Pest Control. A full inspection will be carried out on every visit. Follow up visits will take place if problems are found. A written report will be completed following each visit. A folder will be left on site containing reports, site bait plan and health and safety information.
