Pitiful. Website advertises nationwide delivery, comes up as a targeted google search for nationwide delivery, takes your money for a delivery, sends 2 confirmation emails and a time slot. After all that, doesn't deliver, then scoffs at me on the phone and says... wait for it... they don't do nationwide delivery. Total joke. Avoid.

Thank you so much for making a beautiful wedding wrist corsage and buttonholes for a wedding I attended. I couldn’t believe how long they stayed fresh and looked lovely. Will definitely order again really recommend the way the girls made sure it complimented my dress.

Absolutely!!! Ordering arrangements from Canada can be challenging but they make it so easy. The staff are extremely accommodating and go way above. Naomi in particular provides excellent customer service. I have ordered a few arrangements and each one was exquisite. I highly recommend this florist!

I annoyed a female friend beyond belief. Coleraine flowers were excellent in helping sort this ( I hope). They provided an A1 service, the flower bouquet was made and delivered same day, using her favourite flowers, which they keep in their wide range of stock. They also gave me ideas of what I could write on the card to say sorry (excellent staff/shoulder to cry on/councillors) . She's actually impressed but she's still making me sweat a little. So guys if you p*ss off your mum/wife/sister/gf, Coleraine flowers will help.

They did an amazing job on my wedding bouquet! My husband and I came from Michigan and eloped in Ballymoney. Being so far away, I wasn’t able to meet up with them beforehand, but through our wedding planner, they were able to create the perfect bouquet! I still am in awe of how beautiful it was!

I couldn't get home for a loved ones funeral due to the pandemic and after having a few issues with other florists I rang Coleraine Florists and spoke to Julie who couldn't have been kinder to me while I was upset on the phone. The flowers that were sent were so fresh and beautifully arranged it was a great job. Thank you so so much especially Julie, your kindest was exceptional and made such a difference in a very difficult time.

Coleraine Florist did a very beautiful little arrangement for me to place on my dear friend’s grave on her Anniversary last Monday. It was so lovely, as was Naomi who was so friendly & so helpful. I would strongly recommend Coleraine Florist to anyone.

Multiple orders accepted on 16/12/20 for Christmas delivery. Orders paid in advance. Delivery due 22/12/20 and the 24/12/20. Neither delivery made it. No contact from store despite multiple voicemails being left. Very unprofessional service and very disappointing for elderly recipients. If a delivery florist can’t deliver then they in the wrong game.
