Millson engineering is a family run process engineering company with over 50 years of experience in the animal feed industry and 12 years in the biomass industry. We specialise in selling and supplying new and refurbished pelleting and process equipment, plant design and installation, dismantling, all types of service work and the refurbishment of roll assemblies and dies.
Millson engineering have been carrying out die refurbishment for over 40 years and have been at the forefront of developing the procedures required. Millson engineering have contact with all of the leading machinery suppliers in the animal feed and biomass industries. Our engineers carry a range of specialist equipment to ensure servicing can be carried out in the most efficient time to reduce downtime.
Our roll refurbishment starts with a visual inspection prior to cleaning, stripping and a detailed parts inspection. New high quality roll shells are fitted with new bearings from high quality suppliers where necessary. A report detailing the condition and a listing of parts used is produced for each roll assembly.
Millson engineering have contact with all of the leading machinery suppliers in the animal feed and biomass industries and can call upon them to source all of your spares and consumable requirements. We also keep a large and varied range of spares at our Kidderminster site for immediate delivery when required.
