Thank you Mike. I was leaving for our holiday on Saturday my car broke down on Thursday afternoon, took it to Mike’s and he fitted me in straight away. He replaced the power steering pipes and then found the front brake was binding so he replaced the brake calliper too. It’s now Saturday and we are on our holiday in North Wales.

After a certain NATIONAL company that deals with tyres and suspension and MOTs etc tried to convince me that I needed to replace the entire wishbone in order to remedy a failed bush on the front nearside, and also said it was wise to replace the off side as well to ensure it is all balanced, I found Mike - who said "Nah, just the bush and its… housing." I needed the off side tyre replacing as well, so all in all, £158 including labour is brilliant! Avoid the big name national branded garages like the plague. A £700 job can be done for as little as £150. Great guy, FAST

When other garages were quoting me close to £5k to fix my car, Mike not only fixed my problem, but also did some other preventative maintenance for less than £3K. Not had any problems with the car since. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a decent, honest, reliable mechanic (and he seems like a genuinely lovely guy too!)

Great mechanic, honest, reliable, efficient and well priced. Thank you time and time again Mike. Always fits in the work as quick as possible, works late when he knows you need your car for work. Even fitted in my van at short notice so that I could go on holiday. Absolute star who I am happy to recommend to anyone.

What a fantastic garage! We came across mikes motors by chance as we were travelling past Dorchester to go on holiday. The car was not in a good way but Mike's help and service was exceptional. He realised our predicament and soon got us back on the road. The only negative was me wishing he was local to us as we would definitely have mike as our regular mechanic. You won't go wrong using him!!!
