Our daughters continued the trend, as they have also attended the same school.
I have grown up and continue to reside in the area, born in Llanharry, moved to Llanharan before settling in Miskin. Before we even started our Estate Agency in Talbot Green we conducted extensive market research to establish what a house seller and buyer want from an estate agent. We recently bought our first house through Hywel Anthony Estate Agents.
From the start the company, especially Anthony himself, were extremely helpful. He went above and beyond at every step; from viewing the property to picking up the keys
Anthony's responses were always very quick and instruction was clear, with his approach always being professional but personable. We could not recommend the company to any higher degree.

I purchased a house in Pontyclun via Hywel Anthony Estate Agents in Talbot Green and i can say they were very professional and helpful through the whole purchase stage. Usually i have found with larger chain estate agents, that you have to chase up email requests a few times when needing information or action from the estate agent . On each occasion, when dealing with the members at Hywel Anthoy Estate Agents, the requests sent by myself were dealt with within a working day and where needed followed up quickly later on, which from my perspective speeded up the purchase process removing some of

Recently sold our house through Hywel Anthony Estate Agents and we are very pleased with the service we received.
We were given a realistic valuation of our house (offers within the first day of viewing), great service throughout including the pictures being taken and sorting out the descriptions etc for the brochure and adverts.
Additionally, they have been great at coordinating the sale; chasing people as required and giving us useful updates.
The price for the service has also been entirely reasonable (and cheaper than other quotes we received).
Definitely recommend.

Excellent. Anthony and everyone in the team is extremely professional, pleasant and helpful. I cannot recommend Hywel Anthony enough. From start to finish the service they have provided has been second to none. Anthony has been on hand a number of times to answer my queries and the staff have always communicated with me what stage they are at. My house sold within days and I personally liked the email updates you are sent when viewings are booked and what offers had been made as they were instant and I didn’t feel like I didn’t know what was going on. Great service and a great company to go with you’re looking to sell your house and support small local businesses.
