At Moore and Buckle we value quality above all else: the quality of our products, services and customer experience. It's what we're known for, making us the go-to company in the flexible packaging industry, and that's something we're very proud of. Over the past 37 years, we've learned the secret to this success is quite simple.
We listen very carefully to our customers' needs and then discover and deliver the right solutions. What is less simple is the constant investment in R and D required to build our expertise, matched by an ultra-flexible and responsive product and services capacity. You can store many things in our flexible pouches, from fresh coffee to veterinary medicines.

Services
What's in a name - flexible packaging? Well, we think it's the clue to our success at Moore and Buckle. Over 37 years we have built a package of expert skills and knowledge which today makes us the go-to company in our sector. And we have remained flexible, adapting to meet customer needs great and small.
Watching a coffee shop barista at work, you can see how much care goes into making your cappuccino. It's all about preserving the freshly roasted flavour, which is the same reason we offer one-way valves in pre-made coffee pouches. Immediately coffee beans are roasted they emit a gas. Traditionally, growers had to wait several days before packing their beans or ground coffee, otherwise the sealed bags would bloat and eventually burst.
If part of your packaging solution requires lids or discs, Moore and Buckle can cut them to any shape or size. Our clicker press die cutter, lidding machine and rotary die cutter produce lids and discs from a wide range of materials, including foil laminates, hard tempered foil and orientated polypropylene (OPP).
Laminate is an expensive product, so throwing it away if reels get damaged or mis-aligned is not an option. Each reel is wound around a hollow core, like a giant kitchen roll, and it's easy for these cores to be crushed and mis-shapen in transit or on the factory floor. In addition, insurance protection demands that any damaged roll of laminate must be checked for contamination in line with BRC regulations.
One of the secrets of great flexible packaging is using exactly the right laminate to make your bags or pouches. And, at Moore and Buckle, we know there is absolutely no substitute for experience and finely honed skills when creating laminates. Sticking different types of film together to make a laminate is difficult enough.
