Our fully managed service covers all aspects of the leasing process, from the initial free valuation, photography and marketing all the way through to dealing with the deposit return once the tenant has left the property. Full marketing on Rightmove, Zoopla and Letting Web as well as our own website, we also work closely with the local relocation and oil companies.

Rented a flat through easthaven property management. I was an international student and don't have a guarantor. They were still happy to help me went through this issue. Although I did not rent for long time (for some family health issue), they were still professional....always reply email sooooo quickly. I will definitely choose them if I come back to the UK.

Absolutely awful service, they hire the utter most incompetent handy men/"engineers". Honestly if you are reading this please don't make the same mistake as me and go with another letting agent even if the rent is slightly higher for a similar property, you will save yourself time and money in the long run. I will NEVER be doing business with them ever again!

Juliet was professional friendly and always went the extra mile whenever we contacted her. We felt that they were fair once we moved out and would highly recommend them to any prospective tenants.

I rented a flat from Easthaven for 18 months. The flat was well-prepared at the start and paperwork was quickly completed. On the two occasions I reported a problem, it was dealt with within 24 hours. I have already recommended them to a work colleague and would recommend them again here.

I rented a property with Easthaven and in my time renting properties I've had agency's and landlords who were unresponsive and would ignore issues. Easthaven is a prime example of what it means to be a reliable and helpful agency, they were always responsive and understanding whenever I communicated if I had any issues they would carry out and organise repairs or solutions asap, sometimes same day! I cannot recommend Easthaven enough, thank you very much, Easthaven.
