This depends on stock however if your order is not from backorder, our checkout will give you an indication on time frames. Once your order has been accepted via the website, if you need to change your delivery address simply call our friendly customer service team who can arrange this for you. Some bottles with tamper evident closures may need to be reused, or you may simply need a few spare caps. Don't order from these people, I've got a business to run, placed an order the week before got an email saying it was being prepared, fast forward a week, I phoned asking where the order was. To be told that they were waiting on the other half of the item to be in stock....
There are plenty other sites out there offering the same as these crooks that are cheaper!

Ordered items which Ampulla sent out only for the DPD driver to send it back after one attempt. Phoned Ampulla as I have a craft fayre to a attended with the items only to have a receptionist tell me I should put more instructions on the delivery schedule. I’ve ordered before from the company and I’ve been really happy. The order is being sent out again and hopefully fingers crossed DPD GET IT RIGHT !

I read all the reviews and wonder how it can be the same company. I have had very poor customer service and the telephone number they show is not recognised. I ordered some bottles a month ago, when I looked at my bank it showed the order had duplicated so I called my bank and cancelled one. Then the nightmare began, I didn't hear anything and… wondered why my order hadn't arrived, so questioned it by email as I couldn't phone. I was told my order had been put on hold as they could not identify which order had been cancelled. They did not think to let me know this and I had to let down my

Secondly, I'll cut straight to the point and address the problem that a lot of other people have complained about - my order included small batches of a few different products and all of them showed as being in stock (from hundreds to thousands in stock). I ordered 22 items on the 21st of February. It took 6 and a half weeks to arrive only for 8 items not to be in there as they are out of stock (even though most of them are back in stock now) No email beforehand to let me know these weren't available either. It then took ANOTHER 7 days to refund me. I won't be ordering from these again!

Ordered weeks ago, no dispatch and its over their updated terms and conditions time. Customer service is a no go, no email response, phones just ring and apparently their Facebook messages are not monitored. Never had an issue with this company but you only have to look at the reviews and posts in crafting groups to see how bad things are. My advice, if you do shop use PayPal as I will simply be opening a PayPal claim if i get no response and no order. I would recommend finding somewhere else though if you need reliable stock!!

After ordering on their website, we waited almost a month for news of the delivery, we called and each person on the phone gave different versions, while being rude. We called back today to find out what it was, they hung up on us several times, then it was no longer possible to reach them for more than two hours. We called back and all that to… tell us at the end that the products we ordered were out of stock and that they did nothing more than apologize. This is how we learned that we will never have our order. They did not inform us of the situation in any way and they did not reimburse

Very good quality and fast delivery, but very high shipping costs to Germany and personal high prices. I will therefore have to change the supplier. In Germany I pay less than half for others. It means to me why Ampulla has the right to have such high prices. Since they were also not willing to offer me the prices of the competition, unfortunately I can no longer order from you more than 1 € for a bottle is simply too much.
