Managing Director - Andy Price, founded the restaurant in 2000 and has been running the restaurant with his family ever since. Head Chef - James Burger, is passionate about creating delicious new dishes using locally sourced produce. All the staff work as a team to create the ultimate seaside dining experience for your enjoyment.
As well as displaying our own commissioned pieces from talented artists, WestBeach also work in partnership with The Gallery at the AUB as an additional platform to showcase their exhibitions, making the artworks accessible for all and encouraging further exploration of the exhibition programme. Freelancer illustrator, printmaker and photographer who graduated from the AUB with a BA (Hons) Illustration in 2016.
Ok so it might be said that I can be fussy when it comes to food and it takes a lot to impress me but wow! A pre-show dinner with friends last night was really something to savour. Fantastic service from the team who were so helpful and more than happy to accommodate my needs and quite frankly the most delicious food I have had in years.
TheGallery at Arts University Bournemouth offers a unique space in the South West for the arts including design, media and performance. Showcasing work from contemporary artists TheGallery runs a number of artist talks, events and film nights to support the exhibition programme.

Booked a table for the Mrs birthday based on TripAdvisor reviews and it was better than expected. upon arrival we were promptly seated and in less than 10minutes had our aperitifs, out host Emily was prompt, polite extremely knowledgeable about the menu and specials and upon finding out it was the Mrs birthday she arranged an extra surprise desert wishing her happy birthday. we had a meal that won't be forgotten for years to come and will be returning very soon. thank you.

Great place, amazing service, really good quality food, very reasonably priced.
We went for breakfast with my other half and I have to say the service from start to end was very friendly and pleasant.
The coffee was very good, the breakfast was very tasty and high quality.

So disappointed. We felt rushed throughout, were told by the waitress the chefs were getting angry and wanted to close the kitchen, so had to rush orders through and to expect starters and mains together. When I asked for a finger bowl for the prawns, I was told none were available but could have some lemon wipes. This would have been fine, but I… noticed soon after that the table next to us was given a finger bowl. We were told the kitchen shut at 9.00 (which was the time we were booked in for) and therefore made to feel grateful that we could still order (if we were quick). Desserts we

An impromptu lunch on a hot, sunny day - sat inside to escape the heat. Marko, our server, was the perfect blend of friendliness, efficiency & professionalism. In fact all of the staff seemed the same. The food was excellent and the surrounding really smart. Given its location so close to the beach it exceeded my expectations.

Lovely time in the sun! Outside eating at its worse! Highly wouldn’t recommend this place though, small tapas Menu only with “kitchens still not open yet, running late”never again -… not a plate in site, average £6 per item - so many corners cut - these poor tourists -oh and you can’t use the restaurants toilet only the public one! Crazy - £100 later for what felt like a mc d car park service!
