Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A credit to Blandford and the epitome of good customer service. Trina helped me pick out a beautiful, one of a kind engagement ring, helping through all the whole process. We have now brought our wedding rings and had my mother rings cleaned and resized. Any questions we had where expertly and efficiently answered, nothing was too much trouble. Probably the best shopping experience I have ever encountered. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I can't praise Horrocks & Webb enough. Friendly service matched with lovely jewellery and fair prices. They are happy to talk things through with you and are really communicative about the progress of work. Having been to jewellers all over the area, this was hands down the best for service and willingness to help. They sell new jewellery and are equally happy to do repairs and redesigns. I also had two diamond rings verified for authenticity right in front of me with no charge. We will be coming back for years to come!

These people seem good until you have a problem with their products. I bought an expensive necklace with a beautiful opal - a gift for my Mother for her Birthday.
Within three months the stone had spilt - clearly defective but they accussed my Mother of damaging the necklace herself and tried to charge her to fix it.
It's laughable to suggest that either me or my Mother don't have enough money just to replace something that has been broken, it's more effort arguing with them.
To be honest Blandford is a small town with plenty of choice for jewellery shops so I'd advise keeping away from these
