Needed a Covid test prior to flying to USA after changes in the rules meant we had to test the day before flying and our planned test for 2 days before had to be cancelled as the chemist we planned to use wasn't doing tests on Saturday. Found Reach Parmacy online and was able to book a test on the Saturday. Excellent service and prompt turn around with the test results. Also plenty of parking nearby so able to drive to the pharmacy. Get our tests then continue on to the airport for our overnight stop prior to our early morning flight.

Tried to call a few times and ended up visiting, this pharmacy advertising fit to fly covid tests with same day results for £75. On visiting the pharmacy it's actually £100 just for the kit then another charge on top of they do the test and no same day results. Should be ashamed to advertise, as with previous reviews these lot are conning hard working people out of hard earned cash, joke.

This is a place which saved me from losing a lot of money and my sanity. I was desperately in need of fit to fly certificate. I couldn't find any place which could have provided me that. I was very very distressed. I talked with the person in contact on WhatsApp, told him or her about my situation and I was helped. Though they said that it would be very difficult to get. The result depends on the lab. The lab might not get through. Then the nurse who took my sample written on the sample that it was urgent and asked me to hope for the best. Trust me it came through in time and I was literally saved

The staff in this pharmacy are simply the best: excellent, professional, helpful and caring. Don't hesitate to look here for health advice. The best pharmacy I’ve ever used. The staff are amazing. Extremely helpful and caring. They do a lot for me and are so nice I won’t go anywhere else. I wish I had started using this pharmacy years ago. They deliver my prescription and give me flu vaccinations and provide other excellent services and products. I can not recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed. 5 stars easily. Thank you very much for everything you do for me.

Really supportive staff, and they were able to offer an earwax appointment on the same day, when the Specsavers in town had a 3 month waiting list. The procedure isn’t exactly comfortable, but the consultant was very understanding and patient. Was able to start hearing again immediately after, and completely cleared up over the following week.
Customers should continue to remember to wear a suitable mask and be mindful of others and staff for their protection.

I had given a delayed prescription for antibiotiotics by the doctor as my throat was hurting for about a week. The doctor suggested to wait and only take them if the infection got worse. Unfortunately this happened in Saturday night I was in bed struggling and was not able to get to the pharmacy before they closed.
Contacted them over Google Maps to ask for help, Neeraj replied to me within minutes to arrange something for the next day. Sunday Morning he contacted me to see how I was doing and after advising that I had a sleepless night and the infection had spread, he got my prescription from

So thankful for not only being the friendliest team normally when we can go in prior to these times. However,I was exceptionally impressed today as they Automatically delivered my prescription as I had requested it. . .and it was a day early.

This is a small but friendly pharmacy with all that you would expect available in it. The pharmacist works in the back behind the counter and there are a few seats against the window so people can sit while they wait for prescriptions - in my experience the wait is not generally a long one.
There's more available for sale too - vitamins and first aid items, as well as some cosmetics and toiletries. You're not going to find a Benefit counter here, but if you're just after some nail polish remover or something they can manage that. They do also have a few accessories and other bits

My boyfriend had just had some work done on one of his tattoos and was needing some salve to put on it once the sting went away. We popped in here on our way to lunch and were immediately greeted by the most friendly man (possibly the pharmacist) who helped up choose what was needed.
Not looking to make a quick buck, but seemingly more interested in our well being and how much we spent, he pulled down three options of salve and told us the price on all of them. We chose the one we wanted, paid and were on our way.
Before leaving though, the cheery guy thanked us, wished us well and hoped
