Services
I currently run my business from Claydon, Ipswich and am now in my 15th year of trading with many happy and satisfied clients. My goal and business objectives are to provide quality service at reasonable prices and to take the hassle out of computing for my clients. I know how frustrating it can be when things go wrong and how handy it can be to have a friendly support techie on hand at these times.
When Microsoft stop supporting Windows 7 in January next year there will be no more security updates / fixes which means continuing to use this operating system for anything that involves your personal information, in particular your online banking or for buying and selling will be an increasingly risky proposition.
This service includes troubleshooting any PC related issue and will consist of an initial review by phone to assess the problem and a time estimate and cost given. Before any recommendations are made, payment terms will be stated and agreed. On customer agreement to proceed, a solution will then be found and provided either by remote support (with your permission) or via a site visit.
I can supply shiny new great value computers to meet pretty much all requirements from a family PC to a fully fledged gaming computer. All the computers I build include a fast SSD (solid state drive) drive to ensure great performance and plenty of storage. I build my computers to last but also include the capability to be upgraded in the future, something that's not always possible when you buy a PC from a high street store.
Would your computer benefit from more storage for your documents or pictures, or maybe some more RAM (random access memory) would speed performance? Perhaps you're running a very old version of Microsoft Office for example and need to upgrade to the current version to benefit from the latest features.
