Our aim is to provide high quality, affordable, professional craftsmanship & above all, customer satisfaction. Having finished a 6 year apprenticeship in 1977, Gerald worked at Lintott Signs Guildford until 1983. That year he decided to start his own business at Hollycombe, Hampshire. Initially specializing in traditional signage vehicle restoration & coachpainting, later expanding into computer cut vinyl grafix.
Every job is unique (everything from a motor bike tank to a shire horses gall stone!) which is what makes the work stimulating & interesting.

Gerald was a professional from the outset. Having never had a sign written van I understood from a clients perspective it was reassuring to know who was coming into the yard. From the first phone call, designing the logo and finally carrying out the sign writing the process was quick, effective and a very reasonable price.

Gerald carried out the painting and lettering (including gold leaf lettering with double shadowing) of my 1921 Leyland Raf type single deck bus( as shown in the photo) during summer 2006. He used original style and colours taken from the old tin panels.
It was better than my best expectations and even after fourteen years still looks as good.
I have no hesitation in recommending his work and I will be using him again on my present restoration of a unique Leyland SG 11.
