Don't seem to be experiencing the same service as others. Have had a project ongoing since june, just trying to get a quote and some proofs.
Haven't had the best customer service experience either.
Updated from response: Great that you have provided such long feedback from my comments wish this was the case with dealing with Yes print directly, as well the assumption you have made about us not wanting to pay. I am not going to go into detail about the unsatisfactory service, the loaded response is enough. Thanks we have found a company with a quicker turnaround and much better customer service

Yesprint offer a brilliant service. I called up and discussed having a portfolio made, Kate was very helpful at guiding me through what they could deliver. The price was very reasonable. They turned it around within the hour, amazing! Will definitely be using again.

Would give six stars if I could....
Colin and the YesPrint team have been extremely professional, with very rapid responses and excellent customer service. We have had not a single error in over two years of multiple print jobs and thousands of pages and costs are very competitive. Highly recommended, we don't use anyone else for our volume printing work.

Would 110% recommend Yes Print. Always a friendly, high quality and efficient service. They are always very competitively priced and offer a very quick turn around for all print jobs. Recently ordered bespoke folder dividers for a bid submission and received a top quality product just 2 days after sending the artwork in (See some of these tabbed dividers in the attached image).
