West Cornwall Pasty
As the safety and welfare of our customers and colleagues is our number one priority, and following the recent UK government advice to practice social distancing, we have now made the decision to temporarily close all of our high-street and travel stores from close of business on the 23/03/20.

This decision has not been easy, but we feel we have had to take decisive action to protect our customers, our colleagues, our communities and our business. We specialise in pasties hand made in West Cornwall everyday but we'll take care of breakfast, lunch, snacks, hot drinks, cold drinks, time fillers, drinks and dinner.
Services
For our Anniversary celebrations we shone the spotlight on the Traditional Cornish pasty. We can't think of anything better than the iconic Cornish Pasty to bring to mind 'All The Cornwall You Need' time and time again. We love our Traditional Pasty for everything it represents.

Those dreamy Cornish holidays spent on the beach, days adventuring on wild moorlands, the discovery of tiny fishing villages on rugged coastal paths and of course heartwarming, down to earth Cornish hospitality and tradition. As a thank-you to you for your endless support and custom over the last 20 years we selected some Cornish prizes that sum up the simple pleasures of Cornish life.
We have a wide variety of fillings and flavours that we bake through the day so you can enjoy the tastiest of pasties! This means that sometimes not all of our flavours are available in all stores at any one time. If you are missing your favourite let our team know and they will be delighted to recommend another tasty option for you to try!
Cornish by name, Cornish by nature. Our pasties are Cornish through and through. We work hard and are proud to be the UK's largest pasty operator. We place the highest regard for excellence and have been recognised for this at The World Pasty Championships where we took the crown for World Champion for our traditional pasty in 2014 and again in 2015.
Have you tried our Gluten Free Pasty? It's perfect for anyone with a love of Pasties who wants to relish the freshly baked flavours of Cornwall including anyone that need to be extra careful around Gluten.

Our Gluten Free Pasty also won GOLD at the 10th anniversary 'Freefrom' Food Awards 2017 in the 'Best Food To Go' category and it was also was a runner up in the FAIR trophy for the Best FreeFrom Food competing against some of the most innovative names and brands in the UK.This Pasty is Gluten Free, and packed to the rafters with Traditional tastes of Cornwall, encased in a perfectly perfect hand crimped crust.
We've travelled the high seas and adventured afar to bring you the very best Organic & Fairtrade beans for your coffee. St Just is an uplifting blend specially created to fuel you on your daily life adventures. We are proud to go the extra mile to ensure each cup of St Just is made using Organic & Fairtrade coffee beans making each cup taste even better and to revive both body and mind.

My favourite road side snack. You cannot beat a large original and the chicken burgers and meatball wraps are nice as well

Delicious Cornish Pasties.
Note that this store is located within a petrol station, so it is a limited range.

At the train station there was very limited food options to choose from and I didn't really want to eat Burger King since it is everywhere in USA. So we decided to try this place out for the first time.

It is inside the train station to grab a pastry/ similar to a pot pie style food. I really wasn't all too sure what you would call it but it reminded me of a pot pie but not shaped in a pie format. It was shaped looking like a pastry instead. It has a different variety of fillings that you could choose from.

I picked the chicken and mushroom because I love mushrooms and I like chicken

After an early train arriving into York, ahead of a short break in the city, I passed West Cornwall Pasty Co and was drawn in after seeing a sign through the windows which advertised they did gluten free, I was immediately excited having never seen a place which offers a pasty in many years since being diagnosed as a coeliac, where I've had to follow a gluten-free diet.

This place is mainly aimed at a travelling to-go market, mainly down to its' location in the train station, the store its-self does go from the entrance to the main lobby/section of the station meaning you can go in and

I was here a few years ago when traveling with a small baby, and the staff was so gracious and kind. They let me stay there a bit longer while I breastfed and got myself sorted out. It's hard traveling with a small baby but they made it a bit easier for me. Oh and the food was good too. Tasty pies, and I love the slogan "It's good, so it is" because that's also what they say in New Thought churches. All around a class act!
