I ordered a small table from Marks and Spencer and whilst it took a while to get delivery sorted with Marks and Spencer it was all very smooth. The delivery date was agreed with Marks and the day before delivery i got a call from W S Dennison to confirm the time. Due to an issue with work it meant there was no one in to take delivery - i called the company the morning of the delivery to ask to deliver to a neighbour - the fella was lovely and said it was no problem at all. Absolute disaster of a company who have my item I ordered from JYSK for the past two weeks. I was told over a week ago when I queried the delay that I would be contacted that day to arrange delivery but they have failed to do so. They won't respond to my emails, won't answer their phone and they wont respond to my voicemails. When I contacted them on Facebook they were noting but smug and insulting. Trust me avoid this company like the plague

Do not buy from JYSK.. They are bad enough but the delivery from Dennison is just as bad. They have my product and will not give me a date for delivery even though my delivery date has well expired. Both or these companies are terrible so avoid at all costs.
