Just called up for advice on a mechanical issue on my Subaru and thought it came under the recall situation for my model as it states on the .gov website. Very rude member of staff who I was speaking to told me basically he is too busy for my call because someone just walked into the showroom. No wonder all the Subaru enthusiasts don't go here and go to motorsport engineers, he basically said they don't want the job because it's too hard work! I wonder if they can do an oil change right?

Great customer service, very welcoming & no sales pressure. Collected my new xv hybrid today. Well prepared & effortless transaction. I have a personal plate which was transferred very easily by Davids wife. I have not dealt with a better dealer for many years as David & his wife. No pressure to buy , nothing is too much trouble. Good old fashioned family buisness, no pressure sales & having to negotiate with a finance manager through a salesman back & forth with different deals.
Good personal people to deal with, good to find someone who treats you with respect.

We have recently moved to the area and so this was our first visit to Redstone. What a great experience it was. The car was in for a service and the process was handled by James who also carried out the service. He was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and really took the time to explain what he had done in relation to the service when we collected the car. He also followed-up next day with a call to book the car in for a minor recall, as he had promised to do. James is a terrific asset to your company..

A great and friendly service provided by Redstone from the first phone call to collecting my car after its mot. I was updated by the video message and it was fully explained what work needed doing. Ian made a point of approaching me when I came to collect my car to show me the wear on my old break pads and to top it all off, they washed the car too. It's the small details that will definately make me return and I would recommend Redstone to anyone.
