I bought a Z4 from these guys today and I am very pleased with both the service and the car. I've been to a bunch of other dealers recently and I was not treated well in those other places (in Peterborough). It was refreshing therefore to go to this dealer, where the staff are respectful, helpful and knowlegable.
The car was exactly as advertised, without embellishment in the advert. It was well looked after and in a good state when picked up.
I had some 'fun' with a payment not going through and had to have a call with the bank, but these guys (I was sold the car by a person there called Dale

Stressful and horrible experience to deal with this seller. Car was not prepared to a reasonable standard even on a collection day. Old mechanical parts from garage or previous owner were still in the boot when collecting the car. Dirt everywhere inside as it looked never prepared. Car is not in good condition and all alloys are badly damaged, but never mentioned about any of the problems even they were asked on the phone. Just avoid this dealer at all cost. . They put no effort but only to sell cars quickly, take your money and they don't care about you anymore

Very pleasant people selling reasonably priced cars. ' Er indoors found a new noddy mobile to replace her old noddy mobile that she has buggered up, I think it needs the rubber bands replacing, which would cost more than its worth. The price of this new one wasn't what I'd call cheap, which is always suspicious, but it WAS on the cheaper side of reasonable for what she's getting.

Very disappointing sales experience. Bought a used Mini from Dale during lockdown March. After a 100k drive to view it was not as described, incomplete service history, no evidence of a service Dale red assured me his garage conducted, alongside what I have discovered was an outright lie about BMW ‘remotely’ updating the car’s service history after purchase (which of course never happened). This is the type of sales approach that gives independent garages a bad name. ‘Buyer Beware’.
