I happen to really like the name badges that I ordered from Recognition Express. However, I am giving it 2 stars because I spent $32.50 to order one name badge that was white with silver bling around the exterior and the white part of turned a gross looking yellow color. I have had the name badge for 2 and a 1/2 years but, for the price, it should staywd in tact just like the black and gold ones I ordered with the same bling, especially considering I always keep them protected in a suede case when I am not wearing them. I called customer service and spoke to a manager and his attitude was very

I have had dealing with this company in Droitwich. Customer Services Paul is shocking and rude. Orders go missing and when you phone and email to see what’s happening you get a very rude answer and oh another 5-6 days!!! “ comments on the lines- well do you wan the order or not” we’ll you can stuff your order and would rather deal with an company.
