With weekly appointments, daily exercises and her advice I was able to get back to my office job within 6 weeks.

Even if your main issue is trying to fit your health and movement around a busy life, we can help. An Initial Assessment is the best place to start if you want to move better, sleep better and feel better. Our main aim is to find out what the problem is and importantly why it's there. This will give us both complete clarity on where you're at in your movement journey.
You might find you're not moving as well as you'd like. You could be having to avoid sitting for long, or taking extra time in the morning to get moving. You might notice that bending for things as simple as putting on your socks is a challenge. Your work, exercise and even sleep might be affected.
Some injuries like those at the foot might be making those first few steps of the day horrendous. Other injuries might seem ok most of the time but when you try to exercise or run it just comes back. If you want to exercise comfortably or get back to your sport with confidence - with your focus on the ball not the 'what ifs?' at your leg - we've got the steps in place to help.
Sometimes it can affect your grip or you might not be happy lifting your kids or grandchildren? We'll help you feel comfortable sleeping and getting dressed. When it comes to sport and exercise, it can be difficult to know where to turn to for help. There's so many different places that are 'the experts'. The gym? A trainer? Maybe an app? Some of us use exercise as a way to stay fit and improve our health. Sometimes we just exercise because we know we should - or so we can have that extra biscuit or treat in our day.

I started going to Physio Mechanics after injuring my back while exercising, rather grudgingly when my pain wasn’t subsiding I booked an appointment after being referred by family. I was pain free with the exercises Alison gave me after a week and after a full assessment it was obvious my old sports injuries were part of the issue too! I have been seeing Alison for about 5 years now. I had already had issues with back pain for about 10 years & had tried various things but Alison’s physio treatment was what finally got me pain free day to day. I still continue to go regularly to address any issues that appear as life changes and I can definitely say that this is the best money I have ever spent.
