Services
The Fuud Ltd story began in 2005, when we sold up the original Cafe Rococo and Rococo Mobile in Leigh on Sea and took our gained event catering experience onto to launch our dedicated catering and event business Fuud Ltd.
In 2009 we had the opportunity to take on the purpose built production kitchens we are in now at Fuud HQ in Progress Road, Leigh on Sea, Essex, and with that came the expansion into our Pie business to run alongside the already successful event side of the company.

From our kitchens in Leigh on Sea, near Southend on Sea, Essex, we produce our exciting range of high quality produce all handmade by chefs and not machines. Our range of very popular Award winning pies & gourmet meals have been developed over many years and been proven to be a great success both in the trade and at selected butchers, Farm shops & deli's.
As every function and event is bespoke with the menu prepared to your individual requirements we cannot give you allergen information in advance however please make us aware of any possible allergies that you or your guests may have at the time we discuss the menu with you and we can advise on any possible allergens that are present and recommend alternatives where necessary.

We used FUUD for our wedding catering on Saturday and as expected they were just fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure they provided the food we wanted and everyone was complimenting the food even down to my special request of chips... they even managed to make chips better than you could expect and I didn't think that was possible. Their staff and service is so professional and flawless, we would use them over and over again and 100% recommend them to anyone.

Was really keen to use the services of this company for an upcoming small family party. Having heard great reviews from a friend, I thought we were in safe hands.
After discussing my plans over the phone and was assured an invoice/confirmation would be sent, that was sadly the last I heard from them.
After contacting them numerous times, I have still had no correspondence from them. Complete radio silence.
I have now been left with the opinion that FUUD are unreliable, untrusting and are perhaps acting too big for their boots?
Customer services definitely requires some attention.
