I will never try to give my business to this florist again.
Customer service is about what the customer needs, not delivering 4 days later because it’s more convenient for the florist.
I placed an order online, the order was place in plenty of time to be delivered on Friday, (especially as I see they are still offering next day delivery)
I was contacted today Thursday saying because they are very busy it would be better for them if they could deliver on Tuesday, 4 days later Christmas Ev. After a number of emails back and to I found out it would be more convenient for the florist to deliver

I am confused to give good bad the boss was at the start fab .But i feel that not all well staff .When i went in pick up the staff member couldn't care less she said the boy button holes i had guess to boss on holiday again !
Also to my horrified when try flower sat on the tables the price tag was on flower 😈
But some order wronge so check frist thanks (sorry confused a bit )
