We can help you fine tune your property function by focusing on cost reduction and maximising profit from your estate through acquisitions and disposals.
GCL have a number of opportunities available across the UK ranging from Motorway Service Areas and roadside opportunities to Shopping Centre and High Street locations. These are mainly, but not always most suitable for Food and Beverage operators and Convenience Stores. Below are locations where we have opportunities available either openly or where we have the ability to create space for the right operator.
