EMS Waste Services is a family run business with family values running through the Company from Director to Operator, focusing heavily on service, image and customer commitment. Part of the Stuart Group, EMS is a leading waste management company providing turn key solutions for business. Providing bespoke waste management solutions for industry our clients trust us to provide the right solution first time every time.
With our own waste transfer station and Weighbridge, we sort and process all waste ourselves. Our facility is licensed to accept a variety of waste, including construction / demolition waste, household waste, asbestos and bonded waste, WEEE waste and farm plastic. We will require a copy of all Waste Carriers licences for customers wanting to use our facility, or proof of exemption.

We are fully licenced to collect and dispose of Asbestos waste and have been trusted for over 30 years to help domestic and commercial customers dispose of asbestos safely. EMS can dispose of bonded asbestos and provide the appropriate consignment notes to our customers.
We have three fully permitted and licenced material recycling facilities based in Exeter, Paignton and Lee Mill. All waste generated by our skip hire operations is recycled and processed at these depots. Here at EMS our tipping facilities are available for clients wishing to dispose of their waste in an efficient and environmentally sound manner.

EMS Waste Services are an excellent example of a waste disposal company, my builders told me on a Thursday they had a week free to carry out my work the following week, they asked me to arrange a skip I rang EMS in the morning & they delivered a skip at 1.30 the same day much to the surprise of my builders, the delivery driver Chloe was great she was very cheerful & an excellent driver & Cassie who collected the skip was just the same,

We have just had 2 skips both delivered and collected by the fantastic Laura, she is a great skip operative and driver and has a lovely personality. Used EMS in the past (about 11 times) and always had good service, glad to know that this continues to this day. Stay safe all, Lynda and Richard.

As a DIYer keen to ensure my waste materials are dealt with responsibly, I was struggling to find any company suited to my needs. The Local Council were totally vague, but I happened on EMS, and from the first phone call was treated courteously and helpfully, an experience which continued as I visited the site, and was able to dispose for recycling a quantity of building waste.
Good humour, efficiency, and a desire to help - most impressed. A real contrast to the Municipal site.
