Pro-Drive Recruitment was established in 1991 in Pershore, Worcestershire. Since our inception, Pro-Drive has provided services for many companies within the Worcestershire area. We have experience of working with a large spectrum of organisations from small family-run businesses to large corporations, such as Qutec (Pershore) Ltd, Adglow PLC and Auto sleepers Ltd to name just a few.
We have been providing recruitment solutions since 1991 and during that time our team has grown to provide help and support in three specialist areas; catering, commercial/office work and industrial work. Pro-Drive is GLA licenced; which means that we are here to safeguard the welfare and interests of workers whilst ensuring labour providers operate within the law.
Pro-Drive offers a complete one-stop source for all types of staff from middle management to office juniors in various industry sectors. All of our vacancies are advertised anonymously and we handle all correspondence on your behalf. In short, we take the pain out of searching for staff so that you can be as involved as much or as little as you need to be in the recruitment process.

Just joined them in January and so far all I can say that I have been kept busy and my phones or texts were answered within minutes.
Unlike the agency that used me as a top-up for Christmass and now are not bothered to answer their phones, if there was no job for me, I was told in advance so I didn't had to wait for a text that was never to come.
