Dangerous company, will recommend you use someone else.
On collection they hit our scaffolding twice, damaged our drive, stole our tarp and drove off without notice.
The scaffolding was in place when they dropped it off so no excuse for a safe collection.
Left us with added costs and delays to work.
When shown the CCTV footage they still refused to take responsibility for their dangerous and negligent behaviour and tried to insinuate that their actions were our responsibility.
Had to report them to the police for non-stop RTA.
Also disorganised, missed the arranged drop off and collection

Warning, a very bad and unprofessional service.
I had hired a skip from them from 1st of June, 2021. Firstly I paid by a bank transfer, and then subsequently I paid cash to a driver (three times in total).
Then one day early morning at around 7am the empty skip was taken without any warning. I never received a call, a message or an email with a warning that the skip should be taken. So, they practically took cash from me for nothing.

This Company is rude and unprofessional, i don't recommend them to anyone. Swearing at a customer that has paid for your services is ridiculous considering the whole entire arrangement was poor from the get go. You need a new receptionist to represent you. First impressions matter and as a company you will never prosper with that bad energy!!

Very disappointing indeed, only a 4 yarder ordered for the final clearance of my late Mum's house and if it wasn't bad enough having to clear her stuff out they certainly didn't make it any easier ordered it for Monday morning nothing arrived so called at about 1.30pm was adv that the 4 yard skip was blocked in but would definitely be with me by end of play !! zero !! called again at 5pm to be told "i just left a message on your mobile advising we can't do it today but it we be with you first thing Tuesday !! no message ever left or any mention of price reduction due to inconvenience and when it

An extremely quick, efficient and most of all friendly company who completely understood what I needed from Naomi in the sales, Jay who was on the phone at 7.15am to rescue me when I was trying to find a company who could clear some stuff out that morning as we had a new tenant moving in that afternoon. The job relied on timing and they were spot on. Thanks to the mighty Dan who made carrying a heavy, old metal filing cabinet look so easy and for not being at all fazed when I asked him if he could put a really heavy mirror up for me. Rubbish company, charge less when you pay by cash. Paid cash on arrival later demanded more. Very unprofessional drivers and I am not sure whether they are licensed to do this job. Don't pay cash to the drivers and don't agree anything with the drivers Tipped off rubbish in the driveway. I would advise go for a good and professional company, get an invoice , if you need to take legally to the court and trading association.
