What a fabulous conveyancing team. We wanted to move house before Christmas, so like most people we were in a hurry to get the conveyancing done. We used Penny and her team about 10 years ago, she sorted out a "land locked" problem a previous Ipswich firm had not picked up on - I chose Prettys because I knew they covered every little detail and were a safe pair of hands. This time they picked up and sorted a land registry problem and despite the additional work and complications they got everything through in 8 weeks and hit the deadline. Thanks Prettys.

I have been with Prettys for almost a year now. My solicitor has been Georgina Rayment. Since day one Georgina has had a firm game plan concerning my legal issues, and I'm very pleased to say she has achieved everything for me. She has been very good and clear at explaining what she was about to do for me. And had been very supportive to me with my issues. She is always very quick and fast at replying to any calls/emails concerning issues I have had. I've also found her very friendly and nice to get on with during my time with her. I really don't think I could have asked at all for a better solicitor

I would NEVER recommend Prettys to anyone .. what a horrible experience in every way .. False information given to us which seemed for them to make more money out of us which happened a number of times... The night before one of my hearings (I like to say the hearing was for me a mother of 3 trying to save our family home from being sold by the father of 2 of the children who walked out and paid nothing since 2012 ) that my solicitor was supposed to be writing me up information to take to the hearing in which I received nothing through email that day..got to 4.45pm and I called office to be told

I have used Prettys a few times now for various matters and I have no hesitation in recommending them for legal services based on my experiences. I have built a rapport with a number of their lawyers now including Emma Champion, Peter Blake, Ian Seeley, Job Bloor and Matthew Cole. Emma Champion was easy to work with, helpful and approachable throughout a recent dispute. Whilst the dispute itself was not a pleasant experience, I felt that my legal team were behind me throughout, which helped to minimise its impact. They understood my objectives and helped me to achieve them. The advice given was

I went to Pretty’s a few years ago and was very specific about my requirements. I simply wanted a solicitor to look over my redundancy offer letter and let me know if there were any red flags, obvious errors or omissions I should be aware of.
I fully understood this was not a free service and I would need to pay the current rate for consultation. I made it clear the redundancy was imminent and I had not been with the employer very long so any redundancy payment would be minimal. The solicitor was happy to help and we spent just over 40 minutes with her. At the meeting she did ask to take a copy
