Well Cottage is a 200 year old Cotswold cottage which has been extended to provide comfortable Bed and Breakfast accommodation with all the latest facilities including en suite shower rooms with power showers and LCD televisions. If you need to stay in contact with the internet we provide free superfast WiFi access.

We have flat access and a downstairs bedroom with en-suite wet room which is ideal for those with disabilities. Well Cottage is on the Thames Path and only two miles from the river's source and on the edge of the Cotswold Water Park which offers the opportunity to fish, sail, swim and enjoy beautiful walks.

We do not normally accept children under 10, but please contact us if you wish to bring them and we may be able to accommodate them. However, if you wish to arrive or depart outside these times please let us know and we will try to meet your needs.

What a Beautiful idyllic setting this is in and such a lovely place to stay. The hosts were friendly, professional and couldn't do enough to help out. Very comfortable clean and the breakfast, wow.

Beautiful cottage and garden, stylishly decorated and in the perforce location to explore the Cotswolds! Lovely hosts, comfy bed and delicious breakfasts! Would definitely stay again and recommend for others.

Exceptionally clean, very comfortable and superb breakfast. Neil and Bridgette were fantastic hosts, very accommodating. Would have no hesitation in returning, but probably summer time on the next occasion as we didn’t get the best weather which limited the amount to do with the children. It didn’t matter though as it gave us an excuse to chill in the cosy warm rooms. A definite home from home. I hope you received the hairdryer back Bridgette after accidentally packing it for home 🤣🤣.

This Bed & Breakfast surpassed our every expectation. I can't find fault with anything: the bed and the pillows were comfortable, the room and the bathroom were big and spotlessly clean. The room had a view to the wonderful back garden, and if we go back in summer, we'll definitely ask for the same room with access to the garden.
The hosts were amazingly kind and in the morning provided a wonderful breakfast for us.
I wholeheartedly recommend the Well Cottage Bed & Breakfast!

Lovely place to stay. Real cosy cottage in a quiet area. Run by a friendly and welcoming couple. Clean rooms and facilities but mattress was a little to soft for me. Breakfast was lovely.

Excellent bed and breakfast right on the Thames path. Comfortable rooms, hot shower, delicious breakfast with lots of options, and hosts who were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

A real find... the most comfortable beds and fresh crisp white linen on unbelievable soft and fluffy billowing pillows and duvet. Very homely and welcoming and CLEAN. Our ground floor room had French doors opening onto a large pretty garden too, which was nice to let some morning air in before breakfast. Friendly hosts, lovely cooked breakfast, superb village pub / restaurant just a few minutes stroll. Couldn't fault it. Excellent value.
