We are located in Burntwood, Staffordshire on Swan Island Shopping Precinct with free parking outside the clinic. We offer Sports Massage for deep muscle relief, Aqua Therapy for a gentle and more relaxing heat based massage, and we also have an Osteopath and Physiotherapist on site. We look after a vast clientele of adults, young people, and children.

Amanda has worked extensively with private clients both in the clinic and sporting events. These include triathlons, running and swimming events - The Santa Dash @ Chasewater, Sutton park, The Rotary Club - Cannock Chase 2018 to name a few. Tim has a worked with private clients for many years, treating a whole range of muscle and joint related issues.
Sports massage is designed to prepare the athlete for their best performance, reduce fatigue, and relieve muscle swelling and tension. During physical activity-especially strenuous-muscle tension builds up in the body's soft tissues. Pre Sports Massage - If you have an event planned we can provide treatment to best prepare your muscles before you compete.
Aqua massage therapy is a relatively new massage system that involves the use of flexible cushions filled with hot water. The client lies face up, (supine); muscles instantly relax feeling the warm water supporting their body. The therapist can then use these therapy cushions to work the muscles and joints with or without oil and the client can be clothed or unclothed.
