Weddings are our passion and we love that our cakes play such a special role in your day. So much planning goes into all the little details. You want them all to stand out and be remembered by your guests. We believe there is no reason your cake can't look AND taste amazing! John bakes the most delicious cakes.

Wedding Cakes are a huge part of our business, therefore we are limited with what we can do with Celebration Cakes. Especially during wedding season. You can view some simple, no fuss celebration cakes over at www.johnbakescakes.co.uk. These layer cakes are hugely popular with previous couples returning after their wedding to get their cake fix!
Based in Castledawson we are beside a great road network, only 30 minutes from Belfast. Pretty much half way between the two main cities, we are in a central location for people travelling to us for cake tastings. It's also super handy for us travelling to deliver wedding cakes. 5 stars isn't enough for this wonderful company. From day one Gemma was nothing but helpful. When you book Gemmas cakes you are guaranteed cakes that people will remember at your wedding . The flavours are the nicest I have ever tasted and chocolate Guinness is 100% my favourite. On the day Gemma personally delivers and sets it all up like a cake fairy with no worries for the bride. Absolutely delicious cakes baked locally by a lovely husband and wife team! Nothing is ever a bother to this pair and any of the cakes/cupcakes I have ordered has always gone down a treat with my family and friends.
