Admiral Yacht Insurance was launched in 1991 when its Boat Insurance Policy was created. Managing Director Robert Holbrook who was previously a partner in a firm of London Insurance Brokers, and a keen yachtsman himself, recognised the need for flexible Yacht Insurance that met the needs of both sailing yacht and motor yacht owners.

Admiral Yacht Insurance provides marine insurance cover for a wide range of motor yachts and launches, for use in the Mediterranean or closer to the UK. We can cover motor launches and motor yachts from water ski dayboats and sports cruisers to large prestige yachts of up to 1 million in value. Our insurance package can also be tailored to your needs to cover waterskiing, dry berthing, and trailer sailing.
Admiral Marine - Yacht & Boat Insurance are specialist providers of Sailing Yacht Rally Insurance. As a long standing Corporate Member of the World Cruising Club for many years, Admiral Marine - Yacht & Boat Insurance have developed their unique RALLYeXtra Sailing Yacht Rally Insurance schemes, to meet the specialist needs of rally participants.

Admiral Yacht Insurance insure RIB's and Day Boats, including cover for both racing and cruising, whether dry sailed or moored when not in use. At Admiral Yacht Insurance we can provide RIB Insurance cover both for moored afloat and stored ashore RIB's. Additionally, insurance cover can be provided for water skiers' liability, and the use of towed toys.
