We started this business because we knew we had a fantastic offer that was simply not available in the market place - our reputation, success and client base are all probity of our decision to strike out and " do our own thing " and most of all.

We can access just about anything in the food and wine market without being restrictive or driven by a zeal to enhance discountearnings. It allows our Chefs to be creative and adventurous, motivating them to develop cutting edge dishes. Our suppliers are partners, and play a critical role in our ongoing success.
