Our real welsh ales change on a regular basis and we work closely with local breweries to offer a varied selection of beers. Evan and Evans have brewed the Cwrw Haf (our most popular blond ale) especially for us which can be found on the bar from Easter through until October. The Rev. James is brewed to a traditional recipe and has been described as having a flavour not commonly available these days.
We use Dash Shellfish at Little Haven (six miles away from us) who supply us with their award winning locally caught fresh crab & lobster. Why not visit their shop in Little Haven when you are next in the area where you can buy locally caught crab & lobster? Our lamb comes from a farm in Dale, we use this to make our delicious welsh lamb cawl.
We always try to use as much free-range, organic and local produce as we possibly can when making our dishes and have have been awarded the 'Pembrokeshire Produce Mark' in recognition for this. The Griffin is becoming ever increasingly popular for its fresh seafood, however, our bar menu does offer a range of home cooked traditional pub food including vegetarian dishes.
Ideal for school/university students looking for work at weekends and during the holidays. We're looking for enthusiastic outgoing personable staff to help us run this successful dining pub during the busy season, reporting directly to the owners of the pub and will help run the pub on a day to day basis.
