Awful awful service. I booked an appointment 4 weeks in advance to have my hair extensions removed. The night before my appointment, I get an email to let me know that there isn't enough time to now remove them.. After a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to keep the appointment. The stylist was very nice and very apologetic and explained that she had not been informed of my appointment and had insisted to the manager that much more time would be needed, but unfortunately the manager ignored and said 'do your best'. Also this was a hair stylist who had never removed this type of extension

After a seriously bad experience with my colour elsewhere i visited Envy salon in Alderley Edge as they had an offer on for new clients, I have to say they had their work cut out and advised me that it may take more than 1 appointment, in fact it took 2 visits but i have to say i have never been happier, i now have the perfect colour and the cut was amazing too, i’m so happy i have now recommended 2 friends to Envy and they are also happy

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair extensions i would highly recommend to anyone in the area thinking about hair extensions this is definitely the place to go, their consultation knocks spots off the other salons, and i went to a few so i can comment on that!
but the overall service including recommending the right hair extensions to fit my lifestyle and colour blending was just great…well done Envy you have a great team

I had hair extensions fitted at another local salon in Alderley Edge and within days they were falling out so i went back and the same thing happened so i decided to pop into Envy, they had a quick chat and booked me in the next day, they refitted all the extensions i had and didnt try to make me buy new hair , and 2 ,months later not 1 has fallen out yet which is all i wanted in the first place, i cannot fault them in any way and i will definitely be a repeat customer at Envy i am even going to have my next colour done there as the colour work i saw when i was in was exceptional

If anyone wants to ensure they get the perfect colour this is it - My hair was a complete mess, patchy, dry , uneven and i was really unhappy with my salon so on a whim after having a meal at the Restaurant bar and Grill i decided to pop in and I’m really glad i did as now i have a completely different colour which really suits my skin so much more and looks soft and silky after having olaplaex to help my hair i was talked into” the take home olaplex - well I’m so happy i was talked into - my hair has never been so good- super soft and repaired from the dry hair it was …. i have visited

The customer service I received here was absolutely diabolical.
I feel compelled to leave a review regarding the treatment I received from the manager at Envy.
I purchased a gift voucher over the telephone and was assured it would arrive 1st class the next day. 1 week later and no voucher, so I rang and was put through to the manager. Firstly, no apology was offered. Apparently, it was not her fault as she didn't work for Royal Mail and would have to get in contact with whoever had taken the payment. This member of staff was in college and couldn't be contacted. This again was not her fault and
