Despite the reply, no call from The sales manager of Waterhouse ever came. Seems like a reply to a google review is just for "show".
Not a great experience really. The sales guy just didn't seem too bothered about selling us a car! Felt like we were quickly ushered out. Maybe we're too young for a volvo? The sales guy literally said "yeah it makes sense for you to buy the Audi". Didn't even get offered a drink which has never happened to us before when buying a car! Terrible service.

Poor experience, having used the Volvo app to look for a dealer to service my V90 I selected this company, the system checked available times and offered me a booking time and date which I excepted subsequent to this a confirmation email with an associated booking reference and basic instructions was received. Now a number of days later I am advised that the allocated time is not available with an alternate being offered 2 weeks later which is after the MOT is required. Availability with other dealers is now not available so I am potentially now left with a car with no MOT and as such no form of

Buying a car on line might save you a buck, but it it doesn't contribute to the local economy. We drove the car and then brought it. We knew what we was getting. We will also get them to look after it.
