Fantastic to deal with from start to finish. The staff in the shop were extremely helpful and a zero pressure service. Once I had picked the flooring, the fitters were booked in quickly. Fitters arrived nice and early, very polite and friendly lads. Extremely fast with a brilliant finish. Really happy and would definitely recommend / use again.

My carpet is a mess, have to deal with it everyday, advised it was pile reversall or pooling, got no advice or expertise, paid £700 for a carpet that within 8 weeks was a eyesore, attitude well hard luck we are not prepared to take any responsibility or at least approach the manufacturer of this carpet.
