Absolutely fantastic service....!
After Hillary's Blinds failed to support us when one of their perfect fit blinds needed a small repair job, we contacted Astra Blinds who came out within a week and repaired the blind within 15 minutes of being in the house!
Will definitely use you guys for all our blind requirements moving forwards!

We bought faux wood and perfect fit blinds from Astra Blinds. We're really happy with them so far and would recommend Astra's services. Having purchased blinds for the first time, we've gone away as happy customers. Their customer service was great as well to add to the professional installation service.

Told us they would fit 3 shutters in time for Christmas, didn’t happen, after a number of false starts came to fit on the 31st of December. The large bay window shutter was 120 mm too long would not allow the side shutters to be fitted!, the small bedroom window shutter was too small, 25mm either side, had to be bodged to make fit.Although the… fitter spoke to the manager on the day of fitting, he still has not contacted us.Went to the shop today, he’s gone out without still contacting us. Customer Service is non existing, went with these to stay local, never again. Now left

Always friendly and helpful but recently went the extra mile, after my blind broke 2 years out of warranty the team at Astra repaired and re fitted my blind free if charge. There is a lot to by said by this, look after your customers and they will keep coming back!! Well done all involved and thank you.

Very poor i have purchased blinds over several years and recommened them to my elderly parents who had their conservatory done so assumed when they needed replacements and repairs we would have the same great service how wrong was i. First they failed to turn up to an appointment said it wasnt it the book although we had an appointment card. Then they did turn up said they would ring with a quote not heard anything since. So no blinds up now . Very disappointed will not be purchasing or recommending again
