A few smaller events have taken place during June and we are looking forward to celebrating. We wanted to say a massive thank you- you and your team were amazing on Saturday. The food was incredible- so many people told me it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding and it was restaurant quality.

Everyone said I wouldn't manage to eat anything on the day but I wasn't going to miss it- it was so delicious, and beautifully presented too! Your team were excellent, lovely servers and bar staff and Rob was just great, he was really efficient but also very flexible and nice, he really helped to keep us calm.

Mange-Tout Catering was established in 1986 and has grown into a highly successful and respected business. With over thirty five years experience, Andy Alvis trained at Bournemouth Lansdowne College where he was awarded the Hotel Chefs Diploma.

He has drawn on his experiences of working in Michelin starred hotels across France, the Channel Islands and indeed prestigious hotels along the South coast to create delicious food of the highest standard.Our purpose built kitchens are based at Danestream Farm, Sway Road, New Milton, which makes us ideally placed for events in the New Forest and further afield.
We understand that cooking fresh, wholesome food from scratch is not always possible. We have carefully created home cooked frozen ready meals which can be cooked in a conventional oven and some are also microwaveable. We always recommend defrosting the dishes before cooking. Most dishes are available in one or two person portions.
Mange-Tout Catering was established in 1986 and has grown into a highly successful and respected catering business in the New Forest. The most rewarding part of catering for any event is receiving compliments not only about the quality of our food but also the level of service that accompanies it. Probably the highest compliment of all is personal recommendation from our customers.
They are an easy to eat, full of flavour, individually garnished meal served in a 4 white rice bowl with a fork. The bowls are then placed on trays and walked around by waiting staff to your guests so they receive their very own portion and do not have to line up for food. This is ideal for a stand up reception or party and is suggested to follow 3 to 4 canaps.
