Unlike many other online companies who can be impossible to contact, communication with Crosby Blinds is excellent.
Orders are despatched quickly and efficiently - this is my second order with this company and I would certainly use them again for future purchases.

I love shopping online :-) I ordered 30 intu blinds for my conservatory on a next day delivery. 24 hours later all 30 blinds fitted by me and my husband.
They look fantastic and are a really good quality. I saved a fortune having already had quotes from Thomas Sanderson & Hillarys.
All this without leaving the house and it was really really easy so I will be using Crosby Blinds again soon but for now back to some more online shopping, shoes this time :-)

We are genuine customers, not competitors. We too have had a very poor experience of Crosby Blinds. We ordered wood Venetian blinds, as we thought, but we're given plastic ones instead. When the order goes through, they put Eco Wood blinds in our basket, which we did not ask for. Crosby Blinds were very unhelpful and would not admit that their website MISLEADS the customer. Their response was abysmal and they clearly do not care at all what their customers think. They also charge wood blind prices for plastic blinds, which are considerably cheaper on other sites.

Really happy with the wood blind I recently brought, good quality and easy to fit and have ordered another blind for my sons bedroom (roller blind)I can recommend them and they have some really nice blinds. They can help you if you don't want to order online and I did mine over the phone the 2nd time as I had some questions about the blind which the lady answered for me.
